This site is built for one person translating one book. If you have a catalogue, a series, or one title going into several markets, the same pipeline can do it — arranged around you, not around a single upload.
What we can arrange
One title, several languages. Send it once. We translate it into every market you name. Each language is a full run of its own — translation, an independent second reading of every passage, a whole-book read for continuity — with its own quality report.
A backlist or a series, one language. The important part here is the translator's brief: the decisions about names, terms and tone that keep a series consistent. Agree it once, and every book in the batch follows it, instead of each book deciding on its own.
One invoice. We quote the whole batch and bill it once, instead of one card payment per book.
Volume pricing. Part of every single-book price pays for things that do not repeat in a batch: the free sample, the payment fee, and a margin in case one book costs more than expected. Those costs spread out over a batch, and the price should show that. Tell us the size and we will quote it.
What you get back
EPUB DOCX KINDLE PDF
Every book is delivered as an epub. That is what the pipeline builds, and it is the format that keeps the book's own structure. The download page converts that same file to Word, Kindle or PDF whenever you need one. The translation is the same in every format. Each book also comes with its quality report and its translator's brief.
Need a format that is not in that row? It is a conversion step, so ask. InDesign is the one we cannot promise.
Worth knowing before you write
Manuscripts are welcome, not only finished ebooks
We take Word files, epub, Kindle formats, FB2, plain text and PDF. PDF is the difficult one: it is a print format, and complex layouts do not always survive conversion into a flowing book.Large titles are quoted by a human
Above a certain length, the automatic quote stops and we read the numbers ourselves before naming a price. Our quote is a commitment — if a book costs us more than we said, we pay the difference — so with a big title we prefer to look first.Files are deleted after 30 days
Deletion is a storage policy, not a promise someone has to remember, and nothing is ever used to train a model. If your production needs the files kept longer, say so and we will arrange it.You are the rights holder, which keeps this simple
