The honest notes

Machine translation is strongest between languages that are widely published, and quality does vary from pair to pair. That is why the free sample exists. You see the result on your own book, in your own pair, before you pay.

Chinese, Japanese and Thai books are quoted in characters instead of words, because these languages do not put spaces between words and a word count would mean little. Arabic books are delivered with the right-to-left reading direction set correctly in the finished epub.
